Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of trigram.site, the Trigram Mini App and bots in Telegram and the Trigram Lens extension. By using Trigram you agree to them. Trigram is a marketplace: it connects advertisers with channel owners, holds the payment and publishes the post, but is not a party to the advertising contract between them.

Account

• You sign in with your Telegram account; you must be at least 18 and have the right to act for the channels you add.
• Keep your Telegram account secure: everything done from it counts as done by you.
• One person — one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

For channel owners

• Add the Trigram bot as an administrator with the right to post; the bot publishes paid posts and cross-promotion posts automatically at the agreed time.
• Set truthful prices, topics and the channel language; the catalog shows the channel after an automatic check of its content, and channels with adult (18+) content are hidden from the public catalog.
• Respond to a booking within 24 hours; otherwise the deal is cancelled and the advertiser is refunded.
• Do not delete, edit or unpin a published ad before its hold period ends: 24 hours for the “1/24” format, 48 hours for “2/48”, 72 hours for a pinned post (it stays pinned for 24 hours). If the post disappears early, the advertiser gets a proportional refund and your income is reduced accordingly.
• You may decline any booking. Advertising placed through Trigram must comply with the law and Telegram’s rules.

For advertisers

• The price you see is the final price: it includes Trigram’s commission. Payment is made in USDT on the TON network to the platform wallet, with the deal’s memo, within the payment window shown in the deal (up to 24 hours, but no later than one hour before the scheduled time). The slot goes to the first advertiser who pays.
• You are responsible for the content of your ad: it must be lawful, truthful and comply with Telegram’s rules. The owner may decline it.
• If the owner does not publish the post within an hour of the scheduled time, you are refunded in full.
• After the hold period you have 24 hours to confirm the placement or open a dispute; if you do nothing, the deal completes automatically.
• Booking in a channel marked 18+ requires your explicit confirmation.

Payments, commission and refunds

• Trigram’s commission is 10% of the deal price; it is withheld from the owner’s income. Part of the commission funds the referral program.
• Refunds are always credited to your Trigram balance, never sent to the blockchain automatically; you withdraw them like any other funds. Duplicate payments and overpayments are also credited to the balance.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Send exactly the amount shown with the memo from the deal; we cannot recover transfers sent to other addresses, networks or tokens.
• Withdrawals: minimum 5 USDT; a network fee of 0.1 USDT is withheld from each payout (plus 0.2 USDT if the recipient’s USDT wallet is not yet activated). With a confirmed wallet and auto-payout enabled, income is paid out automatically once it reaches 10 USDT.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your income from Trigram.

Disputes

If the placement was not what was agreed, open a dispute in the deal within the 24-hour claim window. The parties can settle it themselves with a discount; if no one acts for 72 hours, Trigram arbitrates: it reviews the evidence (the publication record, the bot’s probes of the post) and decides on a full or partial refund. Trigram’s decision is final within the platform.

Prohibited

• advertising of illegal goods and services, fraud, malware, phishing, misleading or deceptive content;
• content that violates Telegram’s Terms of Service or the law of the audience’s country;
• manipulating statistics, fake channels, bot audiences, or taking a deal that started on Trigram off the platform to avoid the commission;
• abusing the service: automated requests beyond the limits, attacks, or attempts to bypass payment or the hold rules.

Cross-promotion

Owners of two channels can exchange promo posts for free. Both posts are published by the bot at the agreed time, carry the Trigram mark and follow the same hold rules. Requests are limited per channel and per hour to prevent spam.

Analytics and Trigram Lens

Public channel statistics on the site, in the API and in the Trigram Lens extension are computed from the channel’s public web page about once a day and are provided “as is”: they may be incomplete or delayed, and are not a guarantee of advertising results. Use the API within the published limits and attribute the data to Trigram.

Referral program

Users you invite are linked to you permanently; you receive a share of Trigram’s commission from their deals, as shown in the app. Referral rewards are paid from the commission only and never increase the price for the advertiser.

Liability

• Trigram is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific reach or sales results.
• Trigram is not a party to the agreement between advertiser and owner and is not liable for the content of ads or channels; our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid through Trigram in the last 3 months.
• Telegram and the TON network are operated by third parties; we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

Termination

You can stop at any time: remove the bot from your channel and uninstall the extension. Funds on your balance remain withdrawable, except when they are the subject of a dispute or fraud. We may suspend an account or delist a channel for breaking these terms; open deals are then refunded or completed under these rules.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes and material changes are announced in the bot or the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
